Avenzia Office is our own in-house CRM and admin suite — a role-based system we built as two connected applications, a Staff App and an Admin/Control Panel, to run attendance, leads, quotations, expenses, leaves, tasks, invoices, and payroll from one synced platform.

Why We Built It


We kept seeing growing businesses running on trust, memory, and a dozen scattered tools — attendance marked verbally, leads noted in diaries, quotations rebuilt manually every time, expenses reimbursed on trust with no audit trail. We built Avenzia Office to solve exactly this problem, first for ourselves and then for businesses like ours.

Where We Are Today


We use Avenzia Office ourselves to run people, leads, and money from one screen, and now offer it as a ready product for any business — from a 2-person showroom to a 200+ employee, multi-branch company. It's cut our own reporting and reconciliation time from hours to minutes.
