Konstrux is our own construction ERP, built from the jobsite up — two connected experiences, a Site Engineer app and an Admin/Owner Panel, sharing one live data source, developed and owned by Karni IT.
Why We Built It
We noticed construction businesses running on WhatsApp, Excel, and paper registers — three tools that never talk to each other. Site progress buried in chat threads, cash expenses with no proof, labour dues tracked verbally leading to disputes, budget overruns discovered only at month-end. We built Konstrux ourselves to close that gap.

Where We Are Today
We built Konstrux to cut reporting and reconciliation time from hours to minutes, record every rupee, bag of cement, and labour day with proof, and let a single engineer manage multiple sites without losing control — and we now offer it as our own ready-to-deploy product for builders.
